Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Refunds are not available for damaged items.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Items that are damaged after purchase are not eligible for refunds.
Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
