Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ILL LIT SPORTS. Below is our Shipping Policy, which outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- During high-volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing times may take longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
- We currently ship only within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future.)
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
4. Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain issues may affect delivery times.
- ILL LIT SPORTS is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
5. Shipping Errors & Damaged Items
- If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chris@illlitsports.com with your order details and a photo of the item.
- We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement if eligible.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, ILL LIT SPORTS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure before placing an order.
